To fully enjoy a walking holiday you should be reasonably fit and healthy and take regular exercise. There is no age restriction on our holidays (in recent years the range spanned 10 - 79 years!). Our comprehensive detailing of walk itineraries ensures that we have very few peoples who's walking capabilities don't match their chosen holiday. Many of our walkers are 'regulars' with a blend of experienced and novice walkers. The West Highland Way attracts the most diverse crowds and generally there is a good friendly atmosphere with many an evening spent down at a friendly hostelry (including the famous Clachaig Inn in Glencoe). Our clients are a mix of singles and couples of all ages.
