St Cuthbert’s Way(Grade 1 ; 64 miles)Departs Stirling 9am. Returns to Stirling 7pm. St Cuthberts Way was opened in 1996 and crosses the Scottish Borders of Scotland from the Town of Melrose, passing through the Tweed valley, Eildon & Moorfoot Hills before entering Northumberland. Passing through the town of Wooler the route leaves the Cheviots and heads for the coast and crosses via the tidal causeway to Holy Island. The walking is pleasant and passes mainly through gently rolling hill country. Day 1: Melrose to Maxton (12 miles) Day 2: Maxton to Morebattle (14 miles) Day 3: Morebattle to Hethpool (12 miles) Day 4: Hethpool to Hazelrigg: (13 miles) Day 5: Hazelrigg to Holy Island (12 miles) Book Now!
Long Distance Paths / TreksThese are particularly suited to those who do not have much walking experience in Scotland. The holidays consist of 5 - 7 days walking across the heart of the Scottish Highlands encompassing the best scenery on offer. The all inclusive packages include luggage transfer by mini-bus, all meals, experienced guides and quality accommodation. If walkers require a rest day / half day they can simply travel in the support vehicle. (Grade 1 or 2). Packed lunches also included in price.
